Spencer, IA (KICD) — The Federal Emergency Management Agency has announced a change in plans about office hours in Spencer. Tiana Suber had previously said they would wait for the State of Iowa to open a Multi-Agency Resource Center, but now she says they will open an office at the fairgrounds at 1 o’clock Tuesday.

Suber says you should not assume you are not eligible for funds if you receive a first rejection letter.

FEMA will hold office hours from 8am to 6pm daily at the Tower Gate Pavillion at the Clay County Fairgrounds beginning at 1pm Tuesday.
