Fostoria, IA (KICD) — Clay County Sheriff Chris Raveling has released information about a drug arrest in Fostoria last Tuesday.
Deputies responded to the report of a domestic disturbance at 422 1st Avenue Southwest about 1 in the morning and observed what appeared to be a marijuana farm inside the residence.

41-year-old Lucas Richardson and 37-year-old Amber Wells were taken into custody, and while being booked into the jail in Spencer, methamphetamine was found hidden in Wells’ clothing.
A search warrant was obtained and executed in the morning which uncovered both methamphetamine and marijuana, several items of drug paraphernalia, and firearms.

Both were charged with possession with the intent to deliver both drugs; possession of paraphernalia; and failure to affix tax stamps. Wells was also charged with being in possession of contraband inside a correctional institution.
