Estherville, IA (KICD)– Four people have been charged following two separate Emmet County traffic stops in recent days.
The first stop came Friday night on Highway 9 east of Estherville where further investigation led to 20-year-old Logan Dickherber of Armstrong being taken into custody on an active warrant for driving with a suspended license as well as possession of a marijuana, drug paraphernalia and synthetic urine.
A passenger, 23-year-old Dillon Neusch of Armstrong was cited and released for allegedly having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
The second stop came the following night south of Dolliver where 20-year-old Carter Leiding was arrested for reportedly possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possessing tobacco products and speeding. He and a passenger in that vehicle, 20-year-old Carter Beebe, were also cited for possessing alcohol under the legal age.
