Spencer, IA (KICD) — Fundraising for a new ISU Extension building in Clay County is ramping up. Volunteer Jarett Smith said the project was announced in February after looking for an existing structure.

The committee has already purchased land near the Clay County Fairgrounds.

 

 

Construction is being done to allow for future expansion. Total project is estimated at 1.9 million dollars.
