The Spencer Police Department is giving one more reminder to make sure safety is on the mind of everyone who will out and about for Halloween related activities Tuesday night.

Officer Caitlin Verner says safety is also the responsibility of Trick-or-Treaters.

Officer Verner also advises everyone goes out in groups and to always have access to a cell phone.

 

According to Safe Kids Online the risk of kids being hit by a car on Halloween is higher than any other day of the year.
