Top ranked Girls teams are Earlham in 1A, Mid-Prairie in 2A, Pella in 3A, and Johnston in 4A.

Northwest Iowa schools in the rankings are Sibley-Ocheyedan at #20 in 1A, Alta-Aurelia in 1A at #3, Central Lyon/George-Little Rock at 2A #20, Okoboji is 2A #14, Cherokee at 2A #13, MOC-Floyd Valley 3A #18, and Bishop Heelan of Sioux City at 3A #11.

Top Ranked Boys teams are AC/GC in 1A, Des Moines Christian in 2A, Pella in 3A, and Dowling Catholic of West Des Moines in 4A.

Northwest Iowa schools in the rankings are St. Edmond of Fort Dodge in 1A at #13, Sioux Central at 2A #20, Spirit Lake is 2A #15, Unity Christian comes in at 2A #12, Okoboji is 2A #2, and MOC-Floyd Valley 3A #8.

In the Individual Rankings for the Girls, the top ranked runners are Noelle Steines of Calamus-Wheatland in 1A, Danielle Hostetler of Mid-Prairie in 2A, Marissa Ferebee of Pella in 3A, and Olivia Verde of Johnston in 4A.
