Okoboji, IA (KICD)– The Iowa Court of Appeals will be hearing oral arguments on three cases in Dickinson County to kick off the month of June.

Three cases will be heard including one involving a Winnebago County nursing home, a Polk County case against the Iowa Department of Helath and Human Services and a lawsuit between two parties in Sioux County.

The arguments will be heard on June 1st starting at one o’clock at Arrowwood Resort in Okoboji. Proceedings are open to the public and the court encourages people to attend.
