Spencer, IA (KICD)– ISU Extension Agronomists say according to the soil moisture levels released this week, Northwest Iowa is almost back to normal.

 

Gentry Sorenson has the results from the sites in the KICD Broadcast area.

Sorensen says ISU takes TWO samples at the same locations in spring and fall for accurate comparisons.
