Community Colleges as well as Last Dollar Scholar were topics of interest at Saturday’s Eggs and Issues Legislative Forum.

Senator Dave Rowley Spoke on how community college is essential in small communities as well as the importance of the Last Dollar Scholar Program.

Senator Lynn Evans explained how some community college students earn more money after they graduate compared to their four-year college counterparts.

 

To add to the conversation, Representative John Will commented that it is also time to start telling students to what they want and love instead of always focusing on the money associated with a career.
