Tea, SD (KICD)– The Lewis and Clark water system has received an additional 60 million dollars in funding. Manager Troy Larson says that allocation and 75 million dollars awarded last year will pretty much complete the link to Sibley.

The Lewis and Clark system was authorized in 1990 and will provide water to twenty cities when complete. The last handful right here in Northwest Iowa.

Larson says the Lewis and Clark water system is one major appropriation away from reaching the finish line.
