Kingsley, IA (KICD)– New charges have been filed against a Northwest Iowa police chief who was arrested last month.

Kingsley Police Chief James Dunn was originally charged with three counts of falsely obtaining criminal intelligence data, one count of stalking and one count of non-felonious misconduct in office.

Online court records show those charges have been amended to now include seven counts each of unauthorized dissemination of intelligence history data and unauthorized dissemination of criminal history data, two counts of stalking with a dangerous weapon and three counts of nonfelonious misconduct in office.

Dunn is scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges next week.
