Arnolds Park, IA (KICD)– The Okoboji Bible Conference is making its annual return to Arnolds Park this weekend bringing a full week of faith based talks and activities.

Mark Newhouse is the Interim Director. He says conference that got its start in the local area around 40 years ago and actually has its roots set back in the 1920s.

Since then, the Okoboji Bible Conference has grown substantially to point that land was purchased to build a permanent structure known as the Tabernacle that can hold around 11 hundred people which allows for some large crowds for the various pieces to the conference.

The Okoboji Bible Conference is free to everyone attend and is interdenominational. Additional information including the full schedule for the week can be found at okobojiconference.org.
