Milford, IA (KICD) — The Okoboji Middle School has been named one of the ten best in the state by U.S. News and World Report. Principal Ryan Cunningham says it was a surprise since it was an unsolicited honor.

Cunningham tells KICD News the honor belongs to the entire school district – not just the middle school.

Cunningham says the designation from the magazine is a compliment for teachers, staff, students AND the community.
