Spencer, IA (KICD)– A retiring Spencer councilman is asking those interested in serving the community in an elected capacity to step forward to fill the upcoming open seat.

 

Bill Orrison announced nearly a year and a half ago that he plans to step away from city government after serving for parts of nearly two decades.
