Emmetsburg, IA (KICD)– Two people have been charged in separate Palo Alto County cases related to sexual abuse.

The first arrest came on September 22nd when 39-year-old Jessy DeMoss of Ida Grove was taken into custody on a warrant for second degree sexual abuse, continuous sexual abuse of a child and lascivious acts with the child, all felony charges. DeMoss was booked into jail and held on 25 thousand dollars bond.

The second arrest came last Monday when 57-year-old Gerald Busch was jailed on an active warrant for a sex offender residence violation. Busch was held in custody to await his initial court appearance.
