Spencer, IA (KICD) — The Worldwide International Harvester Collector’s Red Power Roundup comes to Iowa for the fourth time this week, and the Clay County fair for the first time.  Spencer Chamber Director Sheriffa Jones says it’s an opportunity for the community to put on its best face.
