A reward being offered for information leading to the location of a Northwest Iowa man who has been missing since November has been increased.

Sac County Crime Stoppers announced late last week the reward fund for David Schultz has been raised to more than 28 thousand dollars due to donations made by the public. The original reward started with 25 thousand dollars in ARP funds from the Sac County Board of Supervisors which is available until November of this year.

Schultz was scheduled to deliver a semi load of hogs on November 21st, but his truck was found abandoned on Highway 20 in Sac County with his wallet and phone still inside.

Anyone with information pertaining to the disappearance is asked to contact the Sac County sheriff’s Office eat 662-7127 or the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation at 262-1873.
