Royal, IA (KICD) — The Clay County Sheriff’s department has charged an 83-year-old Royal man after a hit and run accident Monday afternoon. They were informed that a red pickup had sideswiped a legally parked car on Main Street Royal, and then backed into a third vehicle that was also legally parked, before leaving the scene.
The next day they charged Roger Zieman with driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.
