Dickens, IA (KICD)– A Ruthven teenager is facing drug charges after being stopped by police near Dickens last week.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office initiated the stop on Highway 18 shortly after ten Thursday night where the 16-year-old driver was allegedly found to be in possession of multiple illegal substances.

That led to the teen being charged with minor possession of tobacco and possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
