Spencer, IA (KICD)– Season Center for Behavioral Health is hosting a free mental health training on Friday featuring former professional athlete turned speaker Gaelin Elmore.

Elmore says his presentation “Belonging is Unlocking Potential” focuses on research that more people consider themselves to be alone in life.

Gaelin Elmore’s free training will take place Friday from nine to noon at Hope Church in Spencer. Registration is required and can be completed on the Season’s Center website.
