Sibley, IA (KICD)– A Sibley man has been charged after another man was reportedly stabbed early Tuesday morning.

The Osceola County Public Safety Center received a 911 call around four o’clock from the alleged victim saying he had been stabbed in the parking lot of Lewis Drug and was on his way to see law enforcement where he was immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance.

During the investigation, police were led to 19-year-old Alejandro Tinoco as a possible suspect. Tinoco was later taken into custody and charged with willful infury, assault with a weapon and going armed with intent. He is being held in the Osceola County Jail on ten thousand dollars bond.
