Yankton, Ia (KICD) – The Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals Track and Field teams competed at the Mt Marty Indoor Track and Field Meet in Yankton South Dakota.

Here are top finishers in the Girls meet for the Generals. The 4×800 meter relay team of Wasmund, Marco, Hensch, and Brouwer was 1st with a time of 10:20.32. Madison Marco would take 2nd in the 1600m run with a time of 5:41.18. Madison Brouwer placed 4th in the 400m Dash with a time of 1:03.04. The 4x200m Relay team of Wingate, Ackerman, Hensch, and Wasmund took 5th with a time of 1:55.82. Madison Brouwer took 1st in the 800m run with a time of 2:22.88. The Sprint Medley Relay team of Wasmund, Ackerman, Wingate, and Marco took 2nd with a time of 4:41.38. The Distance Medley Relay team of Marco, Wasmund, Hensch, and Brouwer took 1st place with a time of 13:32.4. The 4x400m Relay team of Wingate, Ackerman, Crichton, and Langstraat was 2nd with a time of 4:32.22.

Here are top finishers in the Boys meet for the Generals. Ben Byers would place first in the 1600m run with a time of 4:44.67. David Poppen was 6th in the 800m Run with a time of 2:18.36. The 1600 Medley Relay team of Marco, Reiter, Marco, and Bernal was 2nd with a time of 4:07.71. The Distance Medley Relay team of Bernal, Reiter, Kreykes, and Neyers was 1st with a time of 11:50.76.
