Sibley, IA (KICD) — The Sibley Ocheyedan School board had intended to interview four finalists for Superintendent. Recruiter Trent Grundmeyer says 3 candidates made the cut. They’re current Sibley-Ocheyedan 7th-12th grade principal Stan De Zeeuw, and Superintendents Robert Bolin from Alaska, and Daniel Hoey from South Dakota.

Grundmeyer says the interviews will be held next Tuesday.

Grundmeyer says superintendents are typically hired within 48 hours of the final interviews following this process. Jamie Craig’s last day as Superintendent is June 30th with the new candidate scheduled to start in July.
