Worthington, MN (KICD)– A Southeast Minnesota man is dead following a single vehicle crash in Nobles County over the weekend.

The Minnesota Patrol says the crash happened shortly before seven o’clock Saturday morning on Interstate 90 west of Worthington when an SUV driven by 21-year-old Emiliano Kosnopfal lost control snow and icy roads and rolled into the median.

Kosnopfal, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
