Estherville, IA (KICD) — The speed limit for boats is back to normal on all Emmet County lakes but one. Emergency Management Director Travis Sheridan says water levels are now below the docks on most lakes including the popular Iowa and Ingham lakes, but it remains high at Tuttle Lake located on the Minnesota border near Dolliver. The Emergency Management Commission met Monday afternoon to rescind the restrictions on county waterways except Tuttle Lake where it stays at 5 miles per hour until further notice.
