Spencer, Ia (KICD) – Here are some boys Wrestling scores from the weekend.

Spencer and Storm Lake went to the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Invitational on Saturday.

No KICD area wrestlers won weight classes, but Spencer had a good showing, placing 3rd as a team behind respective State Powers Millard South of Nebraska and Sergeant Bluff-Luton. Storm Lake would take 15th.

Okoboji/HMS hosted a tournament with GTRA, North Union, Sibley-Ocheyedan, Sioux Central, and Spirit Lake/Park attending from the KICD area.

KICD area wrestlers winning weight classes include Sioux Central’s Kaben Morrow at 132, North Union’s Gavyn Morphew at 150, Sibley-Ocheyedan’s Easton Beyer at 165, North Union’s Brennan Bollinger at 215, and Michael Block of Sibley-Ocheyedan at 285.

Fulda/MCC won the meet with 197 points, Okoboji/HMS was 6th with 127, Sibley-Ocheyedan took 7th with 124, Sioux Central 8th with 102.5, GTRA took 9th with 83, and Spirit Lake/Park was 10th with 59.

Estherville Lincoln Central attended the Lyle Lundren Duals and went 4-0 with a 66-18 win over Dakota Valley of South Dakota, a 55-24 win over MOC-Floyd Valley, 53-13 win over West Lyon, and a 53-18 win over West Monona Whiting.
