Spencer, IA (KICD) — Three candidates with school board experience are running for two spots on the Spencer school board this year.
At a public forum last night Phil Bieber was first to list his top three priorities.

 

Former board member Dean Mechler is seeking another term.

And Brea Schmidt is seeking re-election.
