Spencer, IA (KICD) — Spencer Community Theatre has announced two plays for the 2024 Main Stage Season. Rehearsals will begin for Meredith Willson’s classic “The Music Man” right after the start of the year for a March production; and the popular comedy farce “Lend Me a Tenor” will be presented in April and May. Season passes and individual tickets are now available. SCT is in what it calls “a transition period” after Covid affected attendence in recent years. The leaders of the transition team – Connie Goecken and Steve Deutch – will be our guests Monday morning on Newsradio 102-5 and AM 1240 KICD.
