Spencer, IA (KICD) — The Spencer City Council covered several interesting tidbits in regular session Monday.

Spencer’s Second Ward Councilman Bill Orrison has picked a day for his retirement. After being elected to his most recent term he announced it would be his last, and earlier this year he announced he sold his house in the ward and his resignation would be coming.
