Spencer, IA (KICD)– Spencer department heads gave their monthly reports on Monday to the city council.

Fire Chief Jesse Coulson highlighted another active month that kept his crew on the busy side.

Police Chief Mark Warburton also noted another busy month in November with his officers responding to 745 calls for service while also making 29 arrests, but he spent most of his time issuing a reminder to the public on the parking rules in the city when it comes to snow events.
