The Tigers 3rd win of the day came in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay when Ferguson, Storms, Gross, and Quanbeck teamed up for a time of 4:02.59.

The Tigers cut a lot of time on Thursday night; Coach Amie Lawrence was happy with what she saw.

Emma Storms was part of both winning relays; she also took 2nd in the 100-yard freestyle for the Tigers.

Another key piece of the Relays was Emily Quanbeck, who also finished 4th in the 100-yard Freestyle and a key 2nd place finish in the 100 Yard Backstroke.

The Tigers were trailing at both intermissions, but a nice surge in the last 3 events gave them the 87-82 win in the end. Brooklyn Fergusen talked about the Tigers strong finish to the dual.

Lawrence has been impressed with her team’s comradery despite being from a lot of different schools.

The Tigers will have a long break from competition before getting back in action September 16th at the Fort Dodge Invitational.
