Spencer, IA (KICD) — T-Mobile presented a check for over 23 thousand dollars to Spencer Library yesterday. Director Sarah Beth Fuchsen says that’s enough to complete their outdoor patio and music garden.

It’s actually the THIRD grant the library got this week.
