Algona, IA (KICD) — A Spencer man was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault for allegedly impeding air or blood flow causing bodily injury to another.

The Kossuth County Sheriff’s department responded to a request for assistance at ABATE Park around 3:30 Wednesday morning.

26-year-old Austin David Chinn was booked into the county jail in Algona. The arrest report indicates there was an existing no contact order in place.
