Spencer, IA (KICD)– Spencer Mayor Steve Bomgaars made a special proclamation on Monday to honor a long-time resident on his upcoming 90th birthday.

Following the proclamation, “Mr. Spencer” addressed the council in gratitude for the special honor.

A public, come and go, birthday party for Bob Rose will be held on Saturday, March 18th from one to three at the Spencer Golf and Country Club.
