Spencer, IA (KICD)– Looking at the calendar, we are well into the early parts of Spring and that has many golfer anxious to hit the links.

While the initial hope was to have the Spencer Municipal Golf Course open for the season by the end of March, Manager Brian Mohr says it just is not ready yet.
