Royal, IA (KICD) — The school year wrapped up with Spencer Radio Group’s “Teacher of the Year” award. More 104.9’s Kevin and Rhiannon surprised Tierny Rutt at an assembly at the Clay Central Everly schools on Wednesday, May 22nd.
