Spirit Lake, IA (KICD)– A Spirit Lake man is facing a list of charges after allegedly leading police on a pursuit over the weekend.

Online court records indicate 29-year-old Andrew Phillips was charged Monday with eluding, seven counts of failing to obey a stop sign, three counts failing to obey a traffic control device, speeding, and operation without registration.

Phillips remains incarcerated in the Dickinson County Jail.
