Storm Lake, IA (KICD)– A Minnesota man has been arrested on multiple charges stemming from a report of child sexual abuse from earlier this year in Buena Vista County.

The Storm Lake Police Department was originally notified in April of multiple alleged occurrences of abuse between 41-year-old Ka Toe of St. Paul and a young girl that took place between January 2019 and March 2020 at a home in Storm Lake.

Toe surrendered himself to police on Tuesday and has been charged with two counts each of second degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child, incest and indecent contact with a child along with one count of child endangerment resulting in serious injury. He was taken to the Buena Vista County Jail and is being held on 25 thousand dollars bond.
