Storm Lake, IA (KICD) — Storm Lake police made a drug arrest after a traffic stop Saturday morning. 20-year-old Meer Ajuwil Othow of Mankato was pulled over for a minor violation in the 400 block of Lake Avenue. The officer smelled pot and conducted a search of the vehicle. Othow was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
