Storm Lake, IA (KICD)– Two Storm Lake women will spend the next three years on probation in an animal neglect case.

63-year-old Juana Munoz and 33-year-old Veronica Lopez Munoz were both given their sentence this week in lieu of jail time.

Both women have also been ordered to pay more than 12 thousand dollars in restitution to the Storm Lake Police Department and Lake Animal Hospital.
