Spencer, IA (KICD) — The June Primary is Tuesday. Three Republicans are on the ballot for two supervisor seats in Clay County.
At a recent forum KICD News asked if county government should have a professional manager like many cities do.
Art Hamrick currently serves as chair of the board.

Sharon Johannsen is seeking her first term.

Incumbent Randy Swanson also noted the county is currently contemplating a Human Resources director.

Republicans Art Hamrick, Sharon Johannsen, and Randy Swanson. There are no Democrats running.
