Storm Lake, IA (KICD)– Two Storm Lake men are going to prison on Buena Vista County drug convictions.

30-year-old Damien Fisher was sentenced to up to five years behind bars last month after pleading guilty possessing methamphetamine third or subsequent offense.

More recently, 39-year-old Chak Takeo was sentenced Monday by District Court Judge Nancy Whittenburg to up to 20 years in prison on two counts of delivery of methamphetamine, charges the defendant pled guilty to in November.

The sentence comes following Takeo’s arrest in early 2022 after he sold nearly sixty grams of the drug to undercover agents.
