Spencer, IA (KICD) — The Spencer Public Library Board has approved a couple of new services. Director Sarah Beth Fuchsen says patrons can now borrow locks for their bikes and trikes.

And – for the first time – the meeting rooms will be available for private uses.

The library often gets requests for using the meeting room for kid’s birthday parties.
