Spencer, IA (KICD) — The Clay County Sheriff’s Department has released information about a drug arrest back on June 2nd.
Following a traffic stop in the 4700 mile of Highway 71, the deputy says he could smell marijuana.

After further investigation the driver, 27-year-old Carrey Ross from Ruthven, was charged with 2nd offense possession of cocaine, 2nd offense possession of oxycodone, 2nd offense possession of marijuana, interference and several traffic violations.

The passenger, 25-year-old Kallie Molacek of Estherville was charged with possession of marijuana.
