Spencer IA (KICD) — Due to the flooding in Clay County the regular Board of Supervisors meeting has been moved to outside the administration building every morning at 8:30. Supervisor Art Hamrick spoke about their plan to move forward.

Supervisor Allen Batschelet talks about where to go if you need to meet with county officials in person.

Batschelet also mentioned the support they’ve received from the National Guard.

Batschelet says he is aware that bridges need to be inspected, and the bridge that is the most concerning is the bridge on Highway 18.
