Spencer, IA (KICD) — Yesterday morning the Little Sioux River was at 16.2 feet, about 5 feet below the record 22.12 feet recorded during the flood.

The company that operates the wastewater treatment plant was able to get in and start assessing the damage, and several vital pieces of equipment appear to be ok.
