Spencer, IA (KICD)– The week of May 13th is noted as Hospital Week giving the community more of an in depth look at some of the services offered at the local level.

Susan Zulk is the Vice President of Marketing and Fund Development at Spencer Hospital. She says there are a number of offerings locally that perhaps are not all that common for a rural hospital.

Rebecca Peters, the new Public Relations and Marketing Director, tells us she has had the opportunity in recent days to learn about some of the fun history related to Spencer Hospital.

The hospital will not only be spending this week focusing on showcasing services, but also taking time to recognize some of the skills and talents brought to the facility by the staff.
