Spencer, IA (KICD) — Spencer Public Works Director Mark White also had an announcement about the weigh station yesterday.

Since city crews are busy with flood cleanup, the city of Spencer has suspended residential recycling pickup for at least two weeks. The recycling bins are still available at Hy Vee and Walmart.
