Alta-Aurelia went 3-0 at a Quad, beating MMCRU 48-27, Pocahontas Area 48-36, and Sioux City North 54-30. Pocahontas Area went 2-1, beating MMCRU and Sioux City North along with their loss to Alta-Aurelia. MMCRU fell to Sioux City North 42-36 to go 0-3.

Sibley-Ocheyedan went 0-2 at a Triangular, losing to Central Lyon/George-Little Rock 35-32 and Sioux Center 54-22.

Storm Lake went 2-1 at a Quad, beating Sioux City East 52-27 and MOC-Floyd Valley 48-27 while losing to Sergeant Bluff-Luton 51-21.

North Union went 3-0 at a Quad, beating Garner-Hayfield-Ventura 42-39, Northwood-Kensett 60-18, and West Fork 78-0.

Emmetsburg went 2-1 at a Quad, losing to Algona 45-18, beating Estherville Lincoln Central 41-30, and topping Spirit Lake/Park 57-24. Estherville Lincoln Central was 1-2 with a 48-15 loss to Algona and a 69-12 win against Spirit Lake/Park. Spirit Lake/Park would also lose to Algona 69-12.

Sioux Central was 2-1 at the ELC Quad, beating East Sac County 46-29 and West Bend-Mallard 54-29 while losing to South Central Calhoun 45-33. West Bend-Mallard beat East Sac County 36-33 while losing to South Central Calhoun 66-18.
