St. Marys of Remsen claimed the League Crown in the 2023-2024 season and look locked on doing the same this year.
South O’Brien graduated some important pieces after taking 2nd in the Conference last season but return an All-Stater and hope the consistency that the program has shown in the past, can help the Wolverines compete for the War Eagle again this season.
That is South O’Brien head coach Kiley Yates. One of the things that has brought the Wolverines consistent success has been the defensive side of the ball.
MMCRU took 5th last season and brings back a ton of production as the Royals look to battle into the top 3rd of the standings. MMCRU brings back leading scorer Brayson Mulder, top rebounder Michael Peterson, and facilitator Clint Staab.
Harris-Lake Park loses 3 of their 4 starters as well as their top two scorers. Justus Voss and Duane Ingham each return after pacing the Wolves in Rebounds last season. Both will be looking to take the reins in the scoring area as well this season.
It was a struggle for a young and injured Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn team last season. The Hawks went 0-22, but bring back some good production, along with an athlete that spent last year hurt.
